'I am not a morning person'~ The most accurate sweatshirt I have ever owned. Also, maybe the cutest and comfiest too... I was in the market for a sweatshirt to sleep in and to wear on chilly mornings to spin class, and I had to just pick out this sweatshirt from Trinity Styles [link to sweatshirt here]

I got my sweatshirt in the Large size, and at a size 6 US dress size, it's the perfect loose and relaxed fit. Perfect for those cool days when you want an effortless and comfy look. Also there is enough room for my tank tops/tee shirt combos underneath, with extra room.The text on the sweatshirt is printed on in good quality, is very clear and doesn't seem like it will budge easily in the wash, and should last for a good long time. The length of the sweatshirt on me, I'm 5'3", is perfect and the bottom of the sweatshirt hit just over my butt/crotch line, so I'm able to wear it over leggings comfortably and with it covering any accidental sheer-ness or, uhm, tightness[?] from my leggings.

The sweatshirt is a thick average sweatshirt fabric, the inside is extremely plush and soft! Like super soft like a baby chick's down feathers, honestly. It's a dream in chilly weather conditions.
Back onto the fabric, it's not the super elastic sweatshirt fabric, which is the type I tend to dislike because it tends to bunch up and around when I move around, since this sweatshirt is the less elastic fabric, you don't have to worry about the sweatshirt riding up and bunching as you wear it, but it lays really nicely on the body and looks a lot neater.

I can't wait till fall honestly because I can imagine an outfit of the sweatshirt layered over a mini skirt and like a cute vest, or even under a neat overall set or over one of my floral dresses and some boots.

Mermaid Bling, My new fave accessory [Sponsored]

 So, if you're a frequent visitor to my blog, my big obsession for awhile has been mermaid themed items and looks. While I was surfing around Trinity Style's page, this beauty basically jumped out at me, saying I needed it in my life.

The Aurora Starfish Keychain came in super fast, which has always been a consistent with Trinity Styles, but this time in really cute pink packaging.

The keychain is pretty sturdy, clasps are secure and all in tip top shape. The keychain comes with 7 pretty baubles including two golden shells, and a pretty iridescent starfish, which is probably why it's titled Aurora Starfish;; [while writing that I finally got that, and how it's title correlates, oh man....]

The accessory is actually a pretty big size, the starfish roughly the size of my palm, which basically means it's a real eye catcher because of it's shine. 

 After having it on my bag for a week, it's still in very good shape, which is great because I seriously abuse my bags, so that means it's a pretty sturdy piece of bling. It also looks great on my bag! [also with my Q-Pot tote bag, cause it's seashell shaped]

Pretty sure y'all will end up seeing this charm a lot in future photo sets, especially because I just really love the look of pretty and feminine mermaid type things. 

Honestly, I haven't had a keychain in forever, like since high school.. I forgot how nicely they can add a personal and stylish flare to a bag or onto keys. I'm feeling pretty sassy lately with this bling on my bag. Even if I don't look like a celestial mermaid every day, I have this touch of magic on me all the time so it's pretty nice.

Spring casual~Trinity Styles, Floral Oversize Pullover [Sponsored] Review

Back again with another review, this time from Trinity Styles, one of my favourite online retailers [and my friend, cause now half her closet is from there hahaha.] Trinity Styles is a store that revamps every season selling the latest trends and styles. This season there is a lot of Korean Fashion and street snap influence, which has a lot of lace inserts, oversized blouses, simple shapes and eye catching statement pieces.

If anyone knows me, I am just crazy about loose sweaters as they can be dressed up or dressed down and worn in any type of weather. The day I shot my pictures it was quite hot, but I was relatively comfortable in the top. The fabric is best compared to a very worn in sweater, it's not too soft as to retain some of it's shape but it's very comfy. The top is a very thin knit, so it's easily layerable as to not produce too much bulk.

The sweater is quite oversized, I am a size 6/8 US and though I am not swamped in it, which I believe is the target look, it is quite baggy on me in just the right way. The sweater runs as one size and I believe it truly is a perfect 'one size' top as it would look good on any frame.

On the sweater, the bottom and sleeves are rough cut edges, which like most tee shirts or sweaters, is no problem as it doesn't fray so it creates a very casual appearance. The sleeves are 3/4 sleeves that are baggy and can be worn as such, though, I prefer to roll them up especially since the weather is quite warm.

 It is hard to tell from afar, but the sweater is a lovely heathered grey, which I just adore! Also the flower print is printed on in a very neutral colour palette, which reminds me of a vintage photographs. 

 The top has slits on both sides which I assume is not just for design but so the sweater doesn't hug the body in a unflattering way.

If I had other options besides my mini princess skirts, think the perfect pairing of this top would be:

Denim shorts, socks, white tennis shoes.
or
Beanie, cigarette jeans, ballet flats or a dark boot.
or
Over a mini dress with wedges.

Though, I do love my frilly little skirts ;3

It's fall! Trinity Styles [Sponsored] Review~ -and giveaway!

 My first outfit I put together is very relaxed and casual with a short sleeved sweatshirt and wedged loafers.

Since the tights and skirt are warm and comfortable the outfit is very free and works well for days you want to look stylish but still retain that laid back appearance.

I love how the outfit looks because of the monochromatic style which seems to be quite popular the last few months. ?To stay trendy this fall, I would pair it off with a contrasting bag that has a pop of colour like red or yellow.

My second fall look is very classic with some nude heels from Topshop and a big fluffy Liz Lisa knit.
The look encompasas cute, comfortable and sexy.
I plan on wearing this outfit out for drinks when it gets colder and to a few holiday parties because it looks so pretty.

To bring the outfit together, I think a black clutch would be gorgeous and maybe a delicate headband.

The 'Heart Links' necklace is really pretty and really goes well with any outfit paired with it. It's unique enough to be a good accent and since it's gold it goes well with anything and will be enough as that final touch that makes an outfit look whole.
It's well made and the clasp feels very secure, a good piece that will carry over well season to season.

Just like I loved the tattoo tights, I love the 'Fake Suspender' tights! It has that sass and sex appeal of wearing suspended thigh highs, but it's not so risque because it's a full piece that covers you up fully.
These tights amazed me because they are well constructed and heavy duty. I have very long nails and the thigh high portion is thick enough to endure my talons clawing at them, and no runs! Though the sheer part is very delicate so I had to be very careful handling that portion of the tights, but I'm not complaining.
They're also very warm so they'll be very useful in the cooler months since I don't wear pants.

My final outfit is very autumn-y and I played around with colour which I don't do quite often since majority of my closet is pastel. But, with black as my base it's quite fun to play with multiple shades and layering.

I think that black shoes would look very cute with the stockings as an alternative because the black would create a nice line and elongate the look of my legs.

The 'Little Black Skirt' is a perfect pleated a- line skirt that is universally flattering [I'm wearing the size medium and it fits me perfectly]. It has a pretty waist to it, that begs to have tops tucked into it to show off the construction of the skirt.

The skirt feels really high quality and luxurious and is thick and comfortable.

Who knew I would fall so in love with black this season?

All That Glitters~ Jewelry Haul and a little something extra from Trinity Styles [Sponsored]

Yay, new goodies from Trinity Styles! I honestly love TS because I've come to expect quality clothing and accessories from their store and I always know they have something cute and/or unique in stock.  First item is the Jeweled Earring Cuff [found here] I've had ear cuffs before but never one that connected to an ear piercing! It's so cool, I spent a good few minutes so intrigued by it! I've seen them before in magazines and online but I've never owned one before so I was pretty excited by it~ The stones are so shiny and big and really grab ones attention, everything was well made and put together and it's very secure~

 So, how the cuff works is that there's an ear piercing thingamajig at the bottom that you put in like a normal earring and then at the top is the ear cuff which you slide to the ridge on your upper ear. It sits very comfortably and feels secure but isn't very tight that it's uncomfortable or pinching.

 I love it! I actually wore it out with a very casual outfit; black leggings and a grey top. Kind of leaving it as a piece that dressed up my outfit and elevated the styling.
Though, I WISH I had an all white outfit [which I've seen was a big trend this summer], cause it would look killer paired with white cigarette jeans and white crop top with like, red ballet flats or white platforms.... Even a little black dress would be a good offset to it!

 The next item is this gorgeous vintage pearl necklace [similar items here]

 The necklace is wonderfully made thought I did have one stone pop up, but that's just something that can happen via transit but no big deal, a little drop of glue and that baby is back on and won't come off, no worries. A sturdy clasp holds the necklace together and I haven't had any issues with it, even when I tugged my hair from it later in the evening, didn't break on me, so it passes that test haha;; The stones are very shiny and because of the black gems, it give the necklace a more edgy and younger vibe.

 I didn't expect when I put it on how 'sexy' and 'sultry' it looked. It looks very classy as a statement piece especially over a white maxi dress like I paired it with first, but when I put it paired with a little black dress the whole look of the necklace changed which was pretty awesome. [especially with the red lip!]

I found my favourite night on the town look!
