Fillers and recent gets~

Apparently I am falling behind on stuff, but my life is kind of uninteresting this week....
I need to buy supplies for one bloggy entry, I am waiting for pictures from my friend for my San Fran entry, and kind of just blah and basically doing the same thing every week which is boba, shopping and hanging out and eating~
Though I did just buy a new face primer and foundation, so I could do a review on that after a few more wears...
But so that this post isn't just a wall of text... I bought a giant teddy bear so here's some pictures<3

Also, I tried painting some 2ne1 inspired nails~

ANNNND I am now the owner of a Jeremy Scott dress and a Blackmilkcothing dress~

Basically, that's it!
I promise, I'll be better at updating or doing something interesting....

Ice Brown, E.O.S Circle Lenses~ Review

When I ordered at maple lens, besides buying blue lenses I also got the Ice  Brown lenses to play with and maybe make my staple eye wear~
[available here]
Stats:
SKU: Ice Brown
Brand: ( E.O.S )
Diameter : 14.8mm
Water Content : 38%
Base Curve : 8.8mm
Life Span : 1 Year Disposal

These lenses are okay in terms of comfort... I actually find them a little irritating and they slide around a lot compared to my Ice Blue lenses... They also get dry quite quickly so that I really don't wear them over 6 hours..
Like the Ice blue lenses, I really do loved the design and how it blends into my iris and gives a beautiful crystal-y effect! They're also very natural looking which I love!
As for enlargement, I think they look huuuge on me but after I got used to how big they were, I enjoyed the all over appeal of them. They even looked okay with very minimal makeup~

 My rating would be:
3/5 because they slide around a lot and it gets kind of annoying and irritaing.... But I will wear them occasionally because they're pretty....

Anywho, I think I'm going to keep looking for the perfect brown circle lenses...

Ice Blue, E.O.S Circle Lenses~ Review

I finally bought a pair of blue lenses for myself [er, one that wasn't painful..]
So, I decided to go to Maplelens and use my code, carisseiris, to purchase the E.O.S Ice Blue lenses

Here's the stats~
SKU: Ice Blue
Brand: ( E.O.S )
Diameter : 14.8mm
Water Content : 38%
Base Curve : 8.8mm
Life Span : 1 Year Disposal

I really like these lenses, and I've been wearing them almost every day since I got them in the mail. They're really comfortable and I can easily wear them a good 6 hours without discomfort. They do dry out quite quickly, but it's nothing a few drops of re-wetting eye drops can't fix, and I'm good for another 3-4 hours.
I think the design is really cute and makes my eyes look magical and sparkly! I really love the Pretty blue ring around my iris! I have been getting a LOT of compliments on them too. They're quite obviously contacts and not very natural, but a lot of girls and even a few guys asked me about them and where I got the lenses!
I really enjoy how the colour gradients into my natural colour and I'm pretty sure they'd look amazing on lighter eye colours too.
As for the enlargement, they are HUGE! They make my eyes look really dolly but not humongous enough that they make me uncomfortable [which tends to be lenses that are 15mm].
My rating for these lenses would be:

4/5
Just because they tend to get dry faster than my other lenses, but besides that, they're pretty perfect!

Blinc Mascara Review

Since I ran out of my favorite mascara the other day, I decided to venture to Sephora to try out a new mascara~
The trends this year seem to be fiber and enriching mascaras, which I have no interest in...
My interest is in waterproof mascaras that wont irritate contacts~
Low and behold I came across this baby, Blinc, Blinc mascara!

Lovingly stolen off Sephora's page [mainly because it has the description from the bottle written out for me:
What it is:
The famous pioneering, tube-technology water-resistant mascara.

What it does:
Blinc Mascara is the original tube-technology mascara. It's invented to form tiny water-resistant "tubes" around your lashes for maximum amplification and hold, rather than painting them like conventional mascaras. Once applied, the tubes bind to your lashes and don't run, smudge, clump, or flake, even if you cry or rub your eyes.

What else you need to know:
This mascara adds both volume and length, to give you a radiant natural look that lasts all day. Neither water nor pressure alone will remove Blinc Mascara. Only the combination of lots of warm water and gentle pressure (no need for harsh makeup removers) will slide the tiny tubes effortlessly off your lashes into your hand. Upon removal, you will actually see the tiny tubes slide into your hand.

Among the nominees in the 2008 Best of Sephora, Blinc Mascara has been clinically tested to be non-irritating, making it ideal for sensitive eyes, contact lens wearers, and active people in search of a mascara whose look, hold, and ease of removal is without compromise.

Well, The description of the product made the $26 USD seem like a worth it spend.
Above are my results.
The mascara made a very dramatic difference to my lashes, they almost looked like lash extensions compared to my own lashes, and it really surprised me!
The only thing I dislike is that you can't build up the volume or length, and that it's VERY liquidy~ I had a few smudges waiting the 2 minutes it took to dry...
Also, I would recommend not doing your top and bottom lashes at the same time, because a few of my lashes got stuck together. I would do the top lashes first, wait for them to completely dry then coat your bottom lashes...

But, the long dry time, does make the wait worth while! The lashes are totally water proof AND smudge proof. But a slight down side to it is that your lashes feel like plastic and are pretty stiff.. But at least they look soft and feathery in person.

One thing I really love is that it's SO easy to remove!
Just wash your face in warm water, or even wet your fingers with warm water, and with a gentle pressure, ease the now tubes off of your lashes!

They look crazy when they're removed! IT's almost like little stringy hairs! But don't worry, they are not your actual lashes.
Then that's it! No eye makeup remover required!
Over all, I would give this mascara a 4.5 out of 5!
[I just don't like the dry down time....]

I think this was a good purchase, and I will most likely repurchase again!

[Also, my lenses are my new E.O.S Ice Brown lenses~ I'll be doing a review on them soon so please be on the look out for that to come!]

New shoes, karaoke fun and food porn~

To start off my week, I received my packages from Nastygal and from UrbanOutfitters~ all for my outfit for the 2ne1 concert.
I built it around this pair of Jeffrey Campbell shoes that I've been drooling over since the start of summer, which I finally have in my possesion~
 Drumroll

 Ta daa!
I was so excited I changed out of my litas and into these Saddleback night walkers while I was driving, oops..
I was so glad that the postage person delivered them while I was backing out of my driveway to pick up my friend.

I'm glad to say that these are the tallest heels in my collection, towering at 7 inches~ And They're my current obsession and I've been wearing them every chance I get~
They're also surprisingly comfortable, and yes, you can lean back and not fall! It's more of an issue leaning forward.... That's when I start getting wobbly...

Well, after my excitement with that, I picked up my friend and set out to meet our impromptu group at or regular karaoke place, where we spent a glorious $30 flat and the next 3 hours free thanks to happy hour~

 I love karaoke-ing<3
After that our group split majority went to Orange County to get food trucks and my friend and I went to Kbbq~

Yummy yummy yum! I think I like the kitchen cooking for us, because it tasted better then when I cook it... Much more so....
Finally when I got home I ripped apart my other package from Nastygal and enjoyed staring at my new clothing~
I'm so sad... The medium denim mint skirt is kind of baggy and loose... So I need to go get it tailored.
I also got a cute see through collared crop top blouse
And a mint belt to go with it...
My motorcycle jacket is going to be shipped on the 10th of this month, and I'm so excited for that to come in too~
The next day, was a nice chill day~
My maplelens contacts came in!
I ordered a blue and brown lens for myself because my everyday ones are about to expire soon... [I'll be doing a review soon]
After that fun unpackaging, I went to pick up my friend to take her to get her blood drawn and then to eat and shop<3
Enjoy the delicious food porn~

Yum yum yum!
I also got a few cute things at the mall~
A cute Sailor Moon inspired Adventure Time top
and a pair of cute bunny socks~
I also snagged a nice body spray that I've doused my room in at Bodyworks, it smells divine!

Yay, I hope everyone's week is going well!
