I decided to get my friends and I some marimos, which are cute little balls of moss that grow in certain rivers around the world.
They are pretty durable and apparently easy to take care of, which is wonderful for me.
picture i used in my little card belongs to myurliscreative
For my friends, I made little cards which I will give out to them when they get their little marimo with tips on taking care of them.
I purchased my marimos from eBay [click] which came in in just a week and all [9] perfectly healthy.
I find them very intriguing and calming to look at on my coffee table.I'm kind of excited to see them grow~
It also seems like a common thing to do with the plant is to personify them and give them names so I named mine Princess Patoot and Roots Dadoot.
Have you heard of marimos? Do you have one?
